For the past several months, I have been talking to Garry, one of our Chapter members. We had been waiting on his & several others membership renewal packets to come in. A couple of weeks ago, they finally made it and I emailed everyone about them. As Garry is out of town & the area most of the time, I haven't been able to get with him to get his packet to him..Today, Thursday, 11-6-08, I got a call from him and he came out to get his packet. This is the elusive Garry on his Harley this morning. The man stays busy with work (he drives an 18 wheeler now) & riding when he can. When I go cross country, some of the greatest people I meet on the road are the truck drivers. I am glad I finally got to meet him and when he can, he will be with us on some of our Chapter rides. I also got hold of Mark & he was in the area, so he stopped by on his Harley, to pick up his packet
Mark fixin' to dismount and come inside..He is another one that retired and has a great part time job to keep him busy. Can you say Casino Security? He has it made....
Mark's wife, Jennifer, bought him this cover as a new Harley owner present..Pretty sharp looking with the Gold Eagle & Silver with black lettering..I hope Janice is as kind to me when I get mine..This will conclude this post.
