This is the continuation of the Blue Knights Tx XX "Beat The Heat" Ride 8-9-08. This is Sarah & Pat. The Country Cafe is family owned & operated. They had to cook because the regular cooks didn't show up for work..These ladies know how to cook too..

This is Greg's Saddle Blanket pancake, folded in half. We figured it had to have a 17" diameter. Thing was huge!!

Edie, Gene & Mary. Gene stopped by on the way to paint his mom's house and Edie & Mary were the waitresses..They did an outstanding job of serving us..Fast and efficient.

This will conclude Part II of the Blue Knights Tx XX "Beat The Heat" Run. I had a good time, as always, and I think everyone else did too.
